We stand 100% behind every item we sell and try to be as accurate as possible regarding condition.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any item purchased, we offer a complete refund of the purchase price (excluding postage, packaging & handling), provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of the despatch date and the item is in identical condition to when it was despatched.
